I am an experienced and fully qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and coach.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP) and have a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Life is often hard and can challenge us in many ways. You may be feeling anxious, lack confidence, be suffering loss or experiencing other significant change in your life.
Exploring your thoughts, feeling and emotions in a supportive environment can provide clarity and help to begin the healing process. As a result of my varied experience, I am able to draw upon a range of different counselling and coaching practices to support my clients' individual journeys.
